Procedure for Reserving/Buying a Puppy

DEPOSIT TO RESERVE

If you are interested in a puppy, you will need to send deposit of $100.00.  For your convenience,  I accept credit cards and PayPal payments.  You may also send a check.  If sending a check, please include the date you mail the deposit, with a reference to breed and sex of puppy, and your phone number.

Don't forget to include the following information with your deposit:

  • Desired Breed

  • Sex of Dog

  • Ideal Date of Delivery

  • Your Phone Number

  • Your Email Address (if applicable)

This deposit enables us to estimate how many of the puppies are reserved, and we can better tell others what is left available.  It is also a safe method to insure all families who have sent deposits, of the availability of a puppy. 

Please send us a "WISH LIST" of your ideal puppy. As the puppies are developing, we will watch for those characteristics you admire, or the look of your perfect puppy, and can better select it, in your behalf. 

 

Your WISH LIST should include what you want in a puppy.  For Example:
  • most outgoing
  • biggest
  • runt
  • most affectionate
  • best face
  • best coat

 

We will do our best to make sure your puppy is chosen with your thoughts in mind... a family conference is advised for this list!

NOTE: 

We FLY our puppies to ANY major airport  in  the U.S., American Airlines priority service.  We will also personally meet/ or deliver to families in the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee,  Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Wisconsin,  Michigan, Minnesota, and will consider others.

PROCEDURE TIMELINE PRIOR TO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY OF PUPPY

  • Send  Deposit to Reserve($100.00) with your Wish List to the address listed above. 

  • Two weeks prior we agree on shipping date (usually Saturdays).

  • One week  prior to delivery we send photos to you.

  • One week before delivery (at least) send balance of puppy price/ shipping fee.

  • One to seven days prior to delivery Vet Health Certification is completed.

  • One to three days prior to delivery, we make Airline Reservations and notify you of flight times/ airbill #  (Call American Airlines 1-800-cargo-AA ) if you have questions.

  • Payment: IF your puppy is being sent by AIR send balance one week prior to shipping date. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR BALANCE & SHIPPING COSTS

Please use one of the following payment methods:  

  • Paypal/Credit Card

  • Cashier’s Check (*No Personal Checks Please).

  • Money Order

  • Wire Transfer                    

Sending a Wire Transfer is very simple.  Go to your bank and give them the following information:

To contact my bank (Central Bank), call 573-348-2761, and ask for book-keeping/wire transfer specialist.    The wire transfer specialist will give you all needed information (routing numbers, and answer any questions you might have).  This can be done Monday through Friday only.

  • Please don't forget...when puppies are shipped via air, the complete balance (including shipping) is needed in form of money order, cashiers check, or wire transfer, at least one week prior to shipping date.  See airline info for details.
 
If circumstances  occur which make you have to wait, and reconsider timing for arrival of puppy , your deposit will be transferred to the next available litter of your choice; at a time when its best for you.  We do not refund deposits. Canceled reserves are used to further advertise the "newly available puppy."

  • WE USE AMERICAN AIRLINES FOR INFO CALL 1-800-CARGOAA.
  • WE MAKE RESERVATIONS 48 HOURS PRIOR TO SHIPPING & NOTIFY YOU OF FLIGHT #S.
  • WE USE DIRECT NON-STOP FLIGHTS AND PRIORITY SERVICE . WE FURNISH CRATE.
  • WE CALL YOU AFTER PUPPY HAS BEEN CHECKED IN AT THE AIRPORT THE DAY OF SHIPPING.
  • ANY DELAYS OR CONFIRMATIONS CAN BE MADE 1-800-CARGOAA (AMERICAN AIRLINES).
  • YOU WILL PICK UP PUPPY FROM CARGO AREA (NOT PASSENGER TERMINAL) EASY PARK.
  • TAKE A DAMP CLOTH/ DRY TOWEL FOR CLEAN UP IF NEEDED

**PERSONAL DELIVERY IN CENTRAL UNITED STATES IS ALSO EASY TO ARRANGE.  WE WILL DRIVE PART WAY TO MEET FAMILIES WITHIN 5 HOURS OF OUR HOME,  AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. TRAVEL TO MORE DISTANT LOCATIONS MAY RESULT IN OVERNIGHT STAY, SO DELIVERY FEE WOULD BE CONSIDERED.  STATES THAT WE OFTEN MEET FAMILIES PART WAY INCLUDE: KANSAS, IOWA, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, KENTUCKY , TENNESSEE, OHIO, WISCONSIN, MINNESOTA, MICHIGAN, ARKANSAS, OKLAHOMA , TEXAS, & MORE . . .? JUST ASK !
